Look for changes before renewal

An account cancellation request may be the first clear signal that reaches the billing team.

Test the signals against your accounts

A risk model can combine approved product telemetry and support signals to highlight engagement changes before renewal. The organization must test whether those signals are predictive for its own accounts.

Route an alert to the account owner

When an account crosses a tested risk threshold, the workflow can notify the account executive and draft an outreach note based on approved account data.

Measure the cost and value of alerts

Evaluate the workflow using false-positive rate, intervention quality, retention outcomes, and the time account teams spend reviewing alerts.

Product availability and service terms can change. Check the provider’s current information before placing an order or implementing a workflow.
