Use an online print-and-mail service that offers Certified Mail for eligible letters. Prepare the final document

Finish the letter before ordering. Check names, dates, account references, attachments, and signatures. Save the approved version as a US Letter PDF so the print layout is stable.

Enter and review both addresses

Provide a return address and the complete recipient address. Review apartment, suite, and ZIP information yourself even when the service offers address suggestions.

Select Certified Mail

Choose Certified Mail when you need a mailing receipt and USPS tracking for an eligible letter. If an electronic return receipt is available and appropriate, review what it records and its current price before adding it.

Review the itemized total
